Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Gold Loan Officer at CSB Bank Limited, located in Ujjain. The Gold Loan Officer will be responsible for evaluating loan applications, conducting credit analysis, assessing collateral, and ensuring compliance with bank policies and regulations. They will also be responsible for maintaining customer relationships and providing excellent customer service.
Qualifications
• Experience in loan processing and credit analysis
• Knowledge of gold lending operations and related documentation
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to handle customer queries and provide solutions
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Attention to detail and accuracy in documentation
• Knowledge of banking policies, procedures, and regulations
• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business, or a related field
