Address customer inquiries and resolve any issues promptly to ensure a positive shopping experience.
Perform basic math calculations for transactions and inventory management.
Uphold high standards of phone etiquette when handling customer calls or inquiries.
Skills

Strong customer service skills with a focus on creating an enjoyable shopping experience.
Basic math skills for cash handling and retail math applications.
Effective communication skills to engage with customers and team members alike.
Experience in supervising staff is a plus, fostering teamwork and collaboration.
Proficient in cash register operations and handling various payment methods.
Ability to perform product demos confidently, showcasing features and benefits effectively.
Knowledge of stock management practices to maintain inventory accuracy and organization.
