Job Purpose
Overall responsibility for driving the sales/ postpaid agenda for the Cluster , achieving DB targets, various sales focused initiatives and closure activities for Mumbai
Key Result Areas/Accountabilities
• Driving the sales / postpaid agenda for the cluster to achieve DB targets
• Driving the revenue generation agenda for the cluster
• Design and plan schemes and other interventions for channel partners and agents to drive sales
• Plan channel expansion
• Drive various productivity KRAs for agents and channel partners
• Supervise generation of MIS to bring out insights for achievement of company objectives
• Supervise and lead monthly claim settlement for channel partners and incentive calculation for agents
• Drive and achieve targets for priorities like MNP / Family / Plan UG / Premium Number Revenue
• Plan and execute outbound activities at stores (through OSA / CSP / Tele Calling) and at FOFOs through partner FOS and TCs
