*Job Title**: General Manager - Pharma Sales - Oncology and Radiotherapy
• *About the Role**:
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced GM**:

- Pharma Sales - Oncology and Radiotherapy** to join our dynamic team. In this senior role, you will be responsible for driving sales growth within the Oncology and Radiotherapy therapeutic areas.
• *Key Responsibilities**:

- Develop and execute strategic sales plans to achieve and exceed sales targets within the assigned territory.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers, including Oncologists, Radiotherapists, and other healthcare professionals.
- Conduct in-depth market analysis, identify key opportunities, and develop targeted sales strategies.
- Represent the company at industry events, conferences, and medical meetings.
- Monitor competitor activities and provide valuable market intelligence.
- Ensure compliance with all relevant pharma regulations and ethical guidelines.
- Contribute to the successful launch of new products and clinical trials.
- Provide accurate and timely sales forecasts and reports.
• *Qualifications**:

- Bachelor's degree in Science, Pharmacy, or a related field.
- **Minimum 6 years of successful experience in pharmaceutical sales.**:

- **At least 2 years of experience in interacting with Oncologists and Radiotherapists.**:

- **Proven track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets.**:

- Strong understanding of the Oncology and Radiotherapy therapeutic areas.
- Knowledge of Pharma regulatory aspects, Clinical trials, and Product launches is advantageous.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills.
- Fluency in **Bengali and English** is essential.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Pay: ₹900,000.00 - ₹1,200,000.00 per year
