Job Summary:
We are seeking an experienced Project Manager with a strong background in civil finishing work, particularly in luxury hotel and mall construction projects. The ideal candidate will have 10-15 years of relevant experience and a proven track record of successfully managing and delivering high-end construction projects on time and within budget.
Responsibilities:
1.Project Planning and Execution:
• Develop and implement project plans, schedules, and budgets for luxury hotel and mall construction projects.
• Ensure the project adheres to quality standards and safety regulations.
• Monitor project progress and make necessary adjustments to ensure timely completion.
2.Team Management:
• Lead and manage project teams, including subcontractors, architects, engineers, and other stakeholders.
• Assign tasks and responsibilities to team members and ensure effective collaboration.
• Provide guidance and mentorship to junior staff members.
3.Budget and Cost Control:
• Oversee project financials, including budgeting, cost estimation, and cost control.
• Identify and address cost overruns and implement cost-saving measures where necessary.
4.Risk Management:
• Identify potential project risks and develop mitigation strategies.
• Proactively address issues that may impact project timelines or budgets.
5.Client Communication:
• Maintain regular communication with clients and stakeholders to provide project updates and address their concerns.
• Ensure client satisfaction and address any client requests or changes effectively.
6.Quality Assurance:
• Implement and enforce quality control measures to ensure the highest standards of finishing work in luxury hotel and mall projects.
• Conduct inspections and quality checks at various project stages.
7.Compliance and Documentation:
• Ensure that all project-related documentation, permits, and regulatory approvals are in place.
• Keep accurate records of project activities and financial transactions.
Requirements:
• Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or a related field (Master's degree preferred).
• 10-15 years of experience in civil finishing work, with a strong focus on luxury hotel and mall projects.
• Proven track record of successfully managing construction projects from inception to completion.
• Excellent leadership and team management skills.
• Strong knowledge of construction methodologies, materials, and industry best practices.
• Proficient in project management software and tools.
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines
