Role Vertical Head- HRBP Operations Job Level/ Designation M3/ General Manager Function / Department Human Resource Location Pune Job Purpose To identify and deploy best practices in HR, create robust HR processes, consistently maintain HR systems and execution of smooth process, partnering with all the functions to ensure internal customers satisfaction. Key Result Areas/Accountabilities Resourcing- Plan and execute resourcing through different sourcing mix and working with stakeholders to deliver on the required numbers as per approved business case. Enhancing people and process capability and implementing the changes & reaching out to the employees across offices. Retention of employees in a highly competitive market. To drive employees initiatives and programs. Ensure smooth management of various HR operations and process. Attrition Management –Initiate retention strategies to control attraction at circle level. Resourcing- Sourcing Candidate through external/Internal/Any other channel and share feedback. Cost management. Ability to work across locations and stake holders.
