Role Overview:
We are seeking a highly experienced and strategic General Manager Human Resources to lead the overall HR function for our corporate office. Acting as a core member of the leadership team, you will partner directly with the CEO to shape people strategies that drive organizational development and support business growth. This is a high-impact role requiring a visionary leader capable of aligning human capital initiatives with our overarching manufacturing and business objectives. Key Responsibilities: ● Strategic Leadership: Lead and manage the complete, end-to-end HR function for the corporate office. ● Executive Partnership: Collaborate closely with the CEO and senior leadership to design and execute people strategies, organizational development plans, and change management initiatives. ● Core HR Operations: Drive key HR pillars including talent acquisition, employee engagement, performance management, and day-to-day HR operations. ● Team Mentorship & Management: Build, lead, and mentor a high-performing corporate HR department. ● Factory HR Oversight: Oversee, guide, and support HR Executives stationed at the manufacturing factory, who will report directly to this role. ● Business Alignment: Ensure all HR practices, policies, and compliance measures seamlessly align with the company's business objectives and support long-term organizational growth. Candidate Profile: ● Industry Experience: Proven HR leadership experience, specifically within the manufacturing industry. ● Functional Expertise: Strong, hands-on exposure to handling end-to-end HR functions at a corporate level. ● Leadership Capabilities: Demonstrated experience in managing large teams and navigating multiple HR stakeholders across both corporate and factory environments.
● Strategic Acumen: High ability to work closely with C-suite executives and senior leadership to drive strategic, company-wide HR initiatives.
