Role Overview:
As the Global HR Manager based in Delhi / Delhi NCR, you will play a crucial role in shaping and executing the client's global HR strategy. Your primary responsibility will be to collaborate closely with senior leadership and department heads across all regions to ensure alignment of HR initiatives with business objectives. This position demands an experienced HR professional with a robust understanding of international HR practices, a successful track record in change management, and the ability to cultivate a high-performance culture within a diverse workforce. Your duties will encompass overseeing all HR aspects, from talent acquisition and performance management to employee relations and compliance, with the goal of ensuring a consistent and fair employee experience on a global scale.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute global HR strategies and initiatives that are in line with the company's overall business objectives, focusing on scalability and sustainability.
- Lead and oversee all HR operations, including talent acquisition, onboarding, performance management, compensation and benefits, and employee relations across all global locations.
- Offer strategic HR business partner support to senior leadership and department heads, providing guidance and solutions related to organizational development, workforce planning, and talent management.
- Ensure compliance with labor laws and regulations in different countries, minimizing legal risks and upholding ethical HR practices.
- Drive change management efforts to facilitate organizational transformation and nurture a culture of continuous improvement.
- Create and implement leadership development programs to enhance the skills of managers and leaders company-wide.
- Address employee relations issues, conduct investigations, and resolve conflicts in a fair and consistent manner to promote a positive and inclusive work environment.
- Design and implement performance management systems to boost employee engagement, productivity, and accountability.
- Lead workforce planning activities by analyzing trends and predicting future talent needs to ensure the right people are in the right roles at the right time.
- Develop and empower a high-performing HR team through coaching, mentoring, and providing development opportunities to enhance their skills.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams like finance, legal, and IT to ensure smooth integration of HR processes and systems.
- Cultivate stakeholder relationships, fostering trust and credibility with employees, managers, and senior leadership.
Qualification Required:
- Demonstrated ability to develop and implement global HR strategies aligned with business objectives.
- Proven expertise in managing the full spectrum of HR operations, including talent acquisition, performance management, compensation and benefits, and employee relations.
- Strong understanding of international labor laws and regulations, with a focus on ensuring compliance across different countries.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and stakeholder management skills, with the capacity to build relationships and influence stakeholders at all levels.
- Demonstrated skill in leading and managing change management initiatives, fostering organizational transformation and continuous improvement culture.
- Experience in developing and implementing leadership development programs.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to identify and resolve complex HR issues.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
- Experience in managing expatriate programs.
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field; Master's degree preferred.
- 10-15 years of progressive HR experience, with a minimum of 5 years in a global HR management role.
