The Opportunity
An exciting opportunity is available to join the Culture Kings team as a Global Paid Social Media Lead. We are looking for a driven individual who is passionate about performance marketing and paid social strategy, and thrives in a fast-paced, results-driven environment.
This role offers the opportunity to lead paid social across a global business, working at the intersection of strategy, performance, and creative execution. You will play a key role in driving campaign performance, scaling initiatives, and contributing to global growth.

The Role
In this role, you will lead the strategy, execution, and optimisation of paid social campaigns across platforms including Meta, TikTok, and Snapchat, ensuring alignment with business objectives and revenue targets.
You will oversee ANZ while supporting global execution, driving consistency, performance, and collaboration across regions.
You will play an active role in:
Developing and executing paid social strategies
Managing and optimising campaigns to maximise ROI
Leading creative testing and performance initiatives
Managing budgets to drive revenue and efficiency
Collaborating with stakeholders and platform partners
Leading and mentoring paid social team members
Driving cross-market alignment and sharing insights
Analysing performance and translating insights into action
You will take ownership of performance outcomes and continuously identify opportunities to improve efficiency and effectiveness.
About You
Proven experience in Paid Social, ideally within retail or eCommerce
Strong knowledge of Meta, TikTok, Snapchat, and digital channels
Experience managing budgets, performance, and campaign optimisation
Ability to guide creative that drives engagement and conversion
Strong analytical skills across platforms and reporting tools
Experience working with stakeholders and leading or mentoring others
