Job Description
Our client in the furniture space is hiring a Global Paid Social Lead!
We are looking for a world-class Paid Media Lead to optimize and efficiently scale Meta as we grow our client's business in The US, Australia, and Japan. As a Global Paid Social Lead, you will be responsible for executing and optimizing high-impact paid media campaigns across social media platforms.
Responsibilities:
• Develop and execute data-driven paid media strategies aligned with overall marketing goals and brand objectives.
• Oversee campaigns with 8-figure budgets, ensuring effective allocation of resources to maximize ROI.
• Analyze and optimize campaigns to meet or exceed key performance indicators (KPIs).
• Guide the existing Paid Social teams in Australia and Japan on best practices, daily operations, and campaign optimizations.
• Conduct thorough competitor analysis and stay up-to-date with the latest paid advertising trends and best practices specific to high AOV, long consideration cycle products.
• A/B tests different ad formats, targeting options, bidding strategies, landing pages, etc, to optimize campaign performance.
• Utilize deep analytics skills to monitor campaign performance, identify areas for improvement, and make data-driven recommendations.
• Generate and monitor comprehensive reports on campaign performance, providing actionable insights and recommendations for improvement, and clearly communicate campaign effectiveness to stakeholders
• Stand up new social media channels as required.
What you bring with you…
• 5+ years of experience in paid media advertising
• Proven track record of success in managing high-budget campaigns.
• Demonstrated expertise in Meta (Facebook, Instagram).
• Prior experience with Pinterest and TikTok advertising is preferred.
• Experience with long consideration cycle products and high AOV sales is a strong plus.
• Excellent analytical skills with the ability to interpret and translate data into actionable insights.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively across teams.
• A strong understanding of marketing attribution models.
• A proactive, results-oriented mindset with a passion for digital marketing, innovation, and continuous improvement.
