What we’re looking for
You might be an experienced Glazier… or you might just be someone who’s handy with tools and ready to start a trade. Either way, you’ll bring:
Experience in glazing, construction, or aluminium/timber joinery is essential
Accurate measurement skills and a sharp eye for detail
Good physical fitness and practical, hands-on ability
A current NZ driver’s licence
Quick thinking and problem-solving skills — you’re someone who can adapt and keep things moving
Strong communication skills and confidence working in customers’ homes
What the role involves
You’ll be part of our specialist installation team, completing a variety of glazing projects across the region. Professionalism and customer care are key, as you’ll be representing our brand in homes every day.

Metro Glass has a strong commitment to workplace health and safety and the well-being of our people.
