Job Description
Position Name - Operation and Packaging Executive
Experince - More then 6 months
Salary- 15,000 to 17,000 per month
Key Responsibilities:
1. Manage inventory by keeping track of all incoming and outgoing stock and reporting any missing or damaged items.
2. Support the assembly line by helping the team during gift hamper assembly and making sure the process runs smoothly and efficiently.
3. Handle logistics by planning and managing all steps to ensure smooth gift delivery.
4. Check product quality by inspecting all products and hampers before they are dispatched.
5. Monitor packaging to ensure it follows brand standards and is secure for delivery.
6. Coordinate with vendors, delivery partners, and the internal team to complete orders on time. Lead and support team members, especially during busy seasons.
7. Travel within Jaipur for vendor meetings, pickups, or delivery coordination when needed.
Key Skills and Experience:
Operations Experience: In gift sourcing, packaging, logistics, or related fields.
Packaging Expertise: Experience with packaging materials, techniques, and execution.
Problem-Solving: Ability to troubleshoot issues across sourcing, packing, or delivery.
Time Management: Efficiency in meeting deadlines and managing multiple order
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: ₹12,660.50 - ₹17,000.00 per month
