Do:
At LearnTube, we’re pushing the boundaries of Generative AI to revolutionize how the world learns. As a Generative AI Engineer, you’ll:
• Develop intelligent, multimodal AI solutions across text, image, audio, and video to power personalized learning experiences and deep assessments for millions of users.
• Drive the future of live learning by building real-time interaction systems with capabilities like instant feedback, assistance, and personalized tutoring.
• Conduct proactive research and integrate the latest advancements in AI into scalable, production-ready solutions that set industry benchmarks.
• Build and maintain robust, efficient data pipelines that leverage insights from millions of user interactions to create high-impact, generalizable solutions.
• Collaborate with a close-knit team of ML engineers, founders, and key stakeholders to align AI strategies with LearnTube's mission.

What We’re Looking For:
Experience: 2–3 years of professional experience in AI/ML, with a strong focus on Generative AI and multimodal applications.
Technical Skills:
• Expertise in Python, TensorFlow, or PyTorch.
• Proficiency in building and scaling LLMs and prompt engineering for advanced NLP and multimodal tasks.
• Experience deploying AI solutions on cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP).
Mindset and Attributes:
• High curiosity, drive, and a strong bar for quality and speed.
• Thrives in fast-paced environments and enjoys building things from scratch.
• Passionate about creating solutions that impact millions of learners.
