General Manager

1. The person shall be responsible for conducting value-added audits of Beverage Manufacturing Units, Packaged Drinking Water Units, Raw Materials, Packaging Material Suppliers, CFA, Distribution Centres for the Food Safety Management System based on various food safety international standards like ISO 22000:2005, British Retail Consortium, HACCP, FSSC 22000, and industry best practices.
2. The person shall ensure compliance with FSSAI Requirements through audit.

3. Experience in Conducting QMS Audits (ISO 9001-2000) and Environment Management System (EMS) is desired.

4. The ability to audit suppliers of Raw Material Packing Materials is required.

5. Compliance with audit standards as laid down under PAPL - Quality Assurance System is necessary.

6. The role requires experience as a Management Representative as well as QMS, FSMS Auditor.

7. Timely, complete, and accurate reports of the current level of FB quality and/or safety compliance or implementation are expected.

8. Timely and accurate reviews of customer corrective action and closure are required.

9. Maintaining appropriate audit credentials and pursuing advancement of those credentials and other related credentials as needed is crucial.

10. Staying updated with the latest regulatory requirements technologies pertaining to the Food Sector / schemes under audit is essential.

11. Familiarity with International System requirements related to Food Safety standards is necessary.

12. The person shall prepare, maintain, and adhere to the schedule of audit activity.

13. Reports and presentations to the plant team and HO team regarding food safety documents as necessary will be prepared and provided by the person.
