Key Responsibilities
• Operational Leadership: Oversee daily hotel functions—including front desk, housekeeping, food and beverage, and maintenance—to guarantee seamless, high-quality guest experiences.
• Sales & Revenue Generation: Develop and execute property-wide sales, marketing, and MICE (Meetings, Incentives, Conferences, and Exhibitions) strategies to boost corporate and leisure bookings.
• Financial Management: Monitor the annual operating budget, manage P&L (profit and loss), analyze sales figures, and control operational costs.
• Team Development: Recruit, train, and mentor department heads and on-ground staff to maintain brand standards, KPIs, and service benchmarks.
• Guest Relations & Reputation: Personally address escalated guest complaints, monitor online reviews, and drive service recovery and improvement mechanisms.
• Compliance & Safety: Ensure the hotel adheres to all local, state, and national health, safety, security, and licensing regulations
