Responsibilities:
Conduct the necessary market research and competitive analysis, to identify opportunities for potential AI
solutions in the product.
Define the vision and strategy around infusing AI in the product.
Collaborate effectively with sales, presales, marketing, and executive leadership to align the strategy.
Lead the AI product management team by providing strategic direction, mentoring and necessary guidance for
the team towards envisioning, prioritizing, and creating a solid roadmap for AI applications.
Collaborate effectively with the AI engineering team by building a strong relationship and translate the vision
into reality.
Work with training organization to help them create the necessary training for new offerings to help enable
internal people as well as customers and partners.
Conduct roadshows with customers as well as prospects to keep them appraised of what’s coming.
Have a clear focus on implementations of those AI solutions which are squarely targeted towards delivering
business value to customers through delightful user experience, ease of use and ease of administration in
customer environments.
Monitor product performance, user feedback, and market trends to identify areas for product optimization and
future enhancements.
Work closely with sales, marketing, and business development teams to facilitate and support positioning, go-
to-market strategies, pricing models and content creation that maximize market penetration and revenue
growth.
Foster a culture of innovation, collaboration, and continuous improvement within the product management and
engineering team, encouraging creative thinking and experimentation. Lead the interactions with customers,
partners, and industry experts, to gather feedback, validate product concepts, and drive product success.
Required Qualifications, Skills, & Experience:
20+ years of experience in enterprise software domain, preferably in product companies.
Minimum 10 years of experience leading a senior product management team focused on AI solutions in a fast-
paced enterprise software delivered as SaaS.
Strong awareness of latest in AI and machine learning, natural language processing, and data analytics.
Ability to identify potential opportunities to deliver business value, translate them into business requirements
and finally into platform capabilities.
Strong track record of defining and delivering successful AI powered innovations with data-driven and customer-
centric approach.
Excellent written, presentation, and verbal communication skills.
Prior engineering experience or insights into technology would be added plus.
Ability to build, present and defend business cases.
