General Maintenance Worker

We are seeking a General Maintenance Supervisor to join our team. The ideal candidate will have experience in leadership and maintenance, as well as excellent customer service skills.

Responsibilities:

- Perform various semi-skilled tasks including installation, operation, maintenance and repair of building equipment and in general maintenance of the building (ie. plumbing, drywall, painting, etc.)

- Perform general grounds-keeping duties such as landscaping, snow removal, snow/salt building entrances and sidewalks, keep building entrances clean, collect garbage/recycling

- Respond to customer service requests in a professional and timely manner

Requirements:

- High school diploma or equivalent required

- Minimum of 3 years of experience in maintenance or related field
