Job Description
Shack Shine is a home service company, specializing in window washing, gutter cleaning, power washing and high end custom Christmas light installation and removal services for a high-end clientele. Shack Shine is hiring for a Lead Technician and Technician role who will lead the production process while working on the tools alongside their partner. No experience? No problem! We care about who you are way more than your experience and will happily train the right person!
The ideal candidate is highly organized and customer focused, with a passion for delivering outstanding results to his or her clients. Those who enjoy working with their hands and not being micromanaged will love it!

JOB LOCATION:Edmonton, Sherwood Park, St. Albert
TYPE: Full-Time and Part-Time
DESCRIPTION OF DUTIES:
Completing window washing, gutter cleaning and pressure washing of high end residential homes with the latest equipment and technology. Christmas Light installation and removal.
Organizing and managing equipment, including an awesome new Mercedes Sprinter
Working with clients to provide exceptional customer service
Invoicing and payment completion
Planning and managing the job site
Having a great time working with fellow crew members
SKILLS AND REQUIREMENTS:
Friendly personality
Experience in labor jobs and/or a strong work ethic
Ability to work with ladders, and comfortable with heights is a m
Able to do physical work including bending, lifting, and handling
Driver's license and acceptable driving history
