We are seeking a motivated and reliable Labourer to join our team. The successful candidate will play a vital role in supporting our Floorlayers with various operational tasks across our site. Duties
Assisting with loading and unloading materials, ensuring safe handling and storage
Preparing work areas by clearing debris and organising supplies to facilitate smooth operations
Assisting Floorlayers and other team members with their tasks as required
Maintaining cleanliness and organisation of work sites to uphold health and safety standards
Performing general labouring duties including digging, lifting, mixing and carrying materials as needed
Adhering to all health and safety regulations and company policies during daily activities
Requirements
Previous experience in a labouring is advantageous but not essential, as training will be provided
Good physical fitness with the ability to perform manual tasks for extended periods
Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team
Strong organisational skills and attention to detail
Willingness to learn new skills and adapt to different tasks as required
A current valid CSCS card is required
A valid UK driving licence is essential
