General Labour - Farm

We are seeking a reliable and hardworking Laborer to join our team. This role involves supporting various outdoor and indoor projects, including irrigation, horticulture, and maintenance tasks. The ideal candidate will have a strong work ethic, physical stamina, and a willingness to learn new skills. This position offers an excellent opportunity to gain hands-on experience with farm machinery.

Responsibilities

Clear field of wood and stones
Cut agricultural seed according to farm standards
Grade vegetables and fruits into different grades according to size,shape, colour and volume to fetch high price in market
Pack fruits and vegetables
Plant, cultivate and irrigate crops
Seed cutting
Clean work area
Harvest crops
Load, unload and transfer crates, supplies and farm produce
Operate and maintain farm machinery and equipment
Examine product for quality and its readiness for the market
