Job Description
A Manufacturing Facility in Urich MO is looking to hire general laborers!
Looking for stable, dependable people who have a good work ethic!
The ideal candidate will have the following responsibilities:
- Operate and maintain manufacturing equipment and machinery
- Follow standard operating procedures (SOPs) and safety guidelines
- Monitor production processes to ensure efficiency and quality
- Perform quality control checks on finished products
- Troubleshoot equipment issues and perform basic maintenance tasks
- Collaborate with team members to meet production goals
- Maintain accurate production records and reports
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent
-Pass a Preliminary drug test and physical
- Previous experience in a manufacturing or production environment preferred
- Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions
- Good manual dexterity and physical stamina
- Ability to work effectively in a team environment
- Basic computer skills for data entry and record keeping
-CDL a plus!
Skills:
- Knowledge of manufacturing processes and equipment operation
- Familiarity with safety protocols and procedures in a manufacturing setting
- Ability to read and interpret technical documents, such as blueprints or work instructions
- Strong problem-solving skills and ability to troubleshoot equipment issues
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
