Job Overview
We are seeking a dedicated and versatile General Helper to support our construction sites. This role is ideal for individuals with a strong mechanical background, electrical knowledge, and leadership skills. The successful candidate will assist with various tasks ensuring smooth operations and safety compliance. Must be able to lift heavy items. . This position offers an opportunity to grow within a dynamic team environment while contributing to the efficiency and safety of our operations
Duties
Assist with core drilling and sawing operation, including equipment setup and clean up.
Support operator activities such as repairs, cleaning, and inspections
Operate machinery when required upon training.
Ensure compliance with safety standards and participate in safety meetings
Requirements
must be physically able to lift heavy equipment and concrete materials.
Strong mechanical knowledge with the ability to repair equipment when needed.
Electrical experience, including wiring, troubleshooting, or repair work is a bonus.
Welding skills are a plus
Excellent communication skills in English for effective team coordination
Customer service orientation to support internal teams and external clients as needed
training of the above requirements will be provided to the successful candidate.
