Help Wanted – Greenhouse Laborer (Mechanically Inclined)

We’re looking for a dependable, hands-on individual to join our greenhouse team! This is a part-time, flexible position—perfect for someone who enjoys working outdoors and has a strong mechanical background.

What We’re Looking For:

Ability to operate a skidsteer safely and efficiently

Basic carpentry skills (framing, repairs, building support structures, etc.)

Mechanically inclined – able to troubleshoot and maintain small equipment

Strong work ethic and ability to work independently or with a team

Job Duties May Include:

Greenhouse construction and maintenance

Operating machinery and equipment

General labor, planting, and harvesting support

Position Details:

Part-time hours with flexible scheduling

Pay: $26–$30/hour, depending on experience
