General Construction Labourer / Carpenter Apprentice (1st–3rd Year)
McMann Group Inc. is a reputable and rapidly growing local construction company seeking qualified applicants for upcoming projects and developments.
Job Summary:
Site preparation and daily clean-up
Material handling and general construction labour
Cutting material to specification using hand and power tools
Assisting carpenters and other trades as needed
Other duties as required
Requirements:
Class 5 driver's license with a clean driver's abstract (required)
Minimum 3 years construction experience (preferred)
Framing experience is required for the Carpenter position; an asset for General Labour or Finishing Labour (cabinet install, siding)
Ability to lift and handle heavy materials
Working knowledge of building processes
Physical capability to perform labour
Ability to take direction and complete assigned tasks
Positive attitude, works well with others
Experience operating small equipment an asset
