Duties
Follow instructions from supervisors to perform tasks such as digging trenches, mixing concrete, installing basic structures, framing, roofing, grounds work.
Hands on work with pouring and finishing concrete as needed.
Assist framing houses as needed.
Assist with material handling from job to job.
Skills
3 Years of Construction Experience
Strong physical stamina and ability to perform manual labor in various weather conditions
Basic understanding of construction tools and materials preferred but not required; training will be provided
Ability to follow detailed instructions accurately and efficiently
Willingness to learn new skills and adapt to different tasks on-site
Good communication skills for working effectively with team members and supervisors
Valid driver’s license is required with a clean driving record
must have some experience pulling trailers
equipment experience preferred. skidsteer, mini excavator.
