Role Overview:

We are seeking a skilled GenAI Developer / Data Scientist with strong experience in Python, Azure, AI/ML, and modern NLP & Deep Learning techniques. This role is ideal for someone passionate about end-to-end AI solution delivery, model development, and integration using cutting-edge tools like Azure OpenAI, FastAPI, PyTorch, and MLOps frameworks.

Key Responsibilities:
• Research, develop, and optimize AI models (ML/DL/NLP).
• Design and deploy data pipelines and AI workflows.
• Build solutions using Prompt Engineering, GPT-based models, and Vector Search.
• Implement and monitor ML models using MLOps best practices.
• Collaborate across teams to integrate AI components into applications.

Must-Have Proficiency In:
• Programming/Frameworks: Python, R, FastAPI, React (Azure UI Search API)
• Cloud & Tools: Azure Cloud, Azure DevOps, GitLab Pipelines, Ansible, REX
• Databases/ETL: Cosmos DB (Mongo API), Azure Data Factory, Databricks
• AI/ML:
• Supervised/Unsupervised Learning
• NLP, Deep Learning (RNN, Transformers)
• Prompt Engineering & Modern Testing
• PyTorch, MLOps frameworks
• Deployment: Model deployment & monitoring processes

Expert-Level Candidates Should Also Have:
• Experience with Azure OpenAI, GPT models (4o/4/3), embeddings, vector search
• Deep expertise in ML algorithms (incl. reinforcement learning)
• Strong foundation in math/stats (linear algebra, calculus, probability, statistics)
• Frameworks: TensorFlow, PyTorch
• Data tools: Pandas, NumPy, SQL, Spark, Hive
• Visualization: Matplotlib, Seaborn, Tableau
• AI-driven analytics and decision systems
