Designation - Designer
Location - Jaipur
Package
- Experience - 5 to 8 Years
As a clothing designer specializing in ethnic brands, your primary responsibilities would include:
• 1.
• Responsibilities:
Ø Research and Design: Conduct extensive research on traditional and contemporary ethnic clothing styles, trends, and materials. Use this research to develop original design concepts that align with the brand's aesthetic and target audience.
Ø Sketch and Create Designs: Develop detailed sketches and technical drawings of clothing designs using computer-aided design (CAD) software or by hand. You should have knowledge of various pattern-making techniques and be able to create garments from scratch.
Ø Fabric and Material Selection:Select appropriate fabrics and materials to suit the design concept, taking into account factors such as texture, drape, color, and cost.
Ø Collaborate with Production Team: Work closely with the production team to ensure that designs are translated accurately into finished products. You may need to make adjustments to the design to accommodate production limitations or budget constraints.
Ø Quality Control:Conduct quality control checks on finished garments to ensure that they meet the brand's standards and are free from defects.
Ø Market Analysis: Analyze market trends, competitor activity, and consumer feedback to inform future design decisions and ensure that the brand stays relevant and competitive.
Ø Communication Skills: Communicate effectively with the brand's management team, production team, and other stakeholders to ensure that everyone is aligned on design decisions and project timelines.

- Degree or Diploma in Fashion Designing
- Creativity

- Sewing and garment construction
- Colour theory
- Fabric knowledge

• 3. Skills
Computer skills: You must have strong computer skills, including knowledge of CAD software such as Adobe Illustrator or Photoshop, Microsoft Excel or other spreadsheet software, and project management tools.
Pay: Up to ₹30,000.00 per month

- Jaipur, Rajasthan: Reliably commute or willing to relocate with an employer-provided relocation package (required)
