Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role located in Jaipur for a Garment Designer at Dhaarika Garments. The Garment Designer will be responsible for creating and designing original concepts, drawing sketches, and creating patterns for garments. The Garment Designer will work with the production team to ensure that garments meet quality standards, and will also need to have knowledge of fabrics and trends.

Qualifications
• Bachelor's degree or higher in Fashion Design or a related field
• Demonstrated experience in designing garments with proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, CAD, and other design software
• Strong sketching and illustration skills
• Expertise in garment pattern making and grading
• Comprehensive knowledge of fabrics, garment construction, and trends
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills with a positive attitude and team-oriented approach
• Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines
• Experience in creating designs for different markets and demographics is a plus
• Proficiency in additional languages beyond English is a plus
