Job Description
A Gamified Experience Engineer designs, develops, and implements gamification systems within a SaaS platform to enhance user engagement, motivation, and retention. Key Responsibilities:
Gamification System Design:
• Design game mechanics such as points, badges, levels, leaderboards, challenges, and rewards to incentivize user behaviors aligned with business objectives.
• Develop progression systems that motivate users to achieve goals and sustain long-term engagement.
• Incorporate elements of competition, collaboration, and exploration to enhance the user experience.
Experience Development:
