Job Description
Provide 5-star experience to customers following Breakout® defined guidelines.
2. Review every room before the experience commences for the team. Ensure 100% accuracy of props in the room.
3. Motivate the customer to visit Breakout® again / participate in another experience
4. Proactively communicate challenges faced by customers to the superiors / concerned teams. [F&I]
5. Interact with customers and brief them about the packages
6. Build a relationship with the customers, and handle customer grievances effectively.
