Furniture Production Operations Manager

esponsibilities:
• Furniture Design: Develop and create innovative furniture designs that meet market trends, customer preferences, and brand standards. This includes conceptualising new products, enhancing existing designs, and creating technical drawings and specifications for manufacturing.
• Sales Support: Collaborate with the sales team to understand customer needs, design custom furniture solutions, and provide technical support during sales presentations and meetings with clients. Ensure that designs meet customer expectations and functional requirements.
• Product Development: Oversee the entire product development process, from ideation to prototyping and final production. Work closely with the R&D team and suppliers to ensure designs are translated into feasible, cost-effective, and high-quality products.
• Quality Assurance: Conduct regular product inspections and quality checks during various production stages to maintain product integrity and uphold the brand's reputation..
