Fundraising Events Manager

We are excited to be collaborating with a much loved charity to support them with finding an Events Manager to develop and lead on all fundraising events - planning, logistics, delivery, review, analysis and growth. The role will include leading and delivering all challenge, 3rd party, Hospice led and flagship events, including mass participation, London Marathon, Gala events and community engagement. This is a hybrid role based at a peaceful countryside site in Essex, with 3 days a week in the office. Deliver an ambitious annual fundraising events six figure income target Deliver hands on end-to-end activity in the delivery of events, working with colleagues and delegating where appropriate Manage and report on all activity, risk, income and expenditure, as required and to meet all stakeholder expectationsThe Candidate:Experience of effectively leading and delivering end to end project management Experience of working in a charity fundraising environment Demonstrable experience of being responsible for personally delivering six figure annual income from successful event fundraising.Demonstrable experience of collaboration to secure significant income Demonstrable experience of setting, managing and delivering income targets, expenditure budgets and reforecasts.
