Job Description
Function Head - Centralized Payments Thane
Handling TDS/Payments/Outsourcing activities
• Monthly TDS/TCS remittances & quarterly filing of 24Q/26Q/27Q.
• Form16A certificates to customers on time.
• Timely verification of employees investment/deduction proofs & providing Form16.
• Handling customer complaints related with TDS & sorted out on time.
• Handling corrections related with TRACES (Default correction, PAN correction, section change, Exemption certificate)
• Effecting monthly payments on time (Currently 32 GL heads centralized). Planning to take 20 more in the current FY.
• Handling Bulk payments from IT/Gold/Agri etc., Take care of all the payments of CBS/IT • Maintaining data base of outsourcing activities. Agreement renewals follow-up & Quarterly Ageing analysis & Half year review to Board.
Experience: 5 plus years
