JD- Full Stack Developer

Job Overview:

We are looking for an experienced Full Stack Developer who is proficient in React, Next.js, MongoDB,

and Python. The ideal candidate should have extensive experience working with large-scale databases,

performing CRUD operations efficiently, and managing both frontend and backend development.

TECHNICAL SKILLS
• Excellent in Node.js — REST APIs, middleware, async patterns
• Excellent in React.js — hooks, state management, responsive UI
• Good knowledge of MongoDB — schema design, queries, aggregation
• Strong coding fundamentals — OOP, data structures, design patterns
• Strong API integration — RESTful, GraphQL, JWT/OAuth, third-party APIs
• Application architecture & SDLC concepts
• Version control with Git

Develop and maintain scalable web apps using React and Node.js
• Design and optimize MongoDB databases for large datasets
• Build and maintain robust RESTful and GraphQL APIs

SOFT SKILLS & BUSINESS KNOWLEDGE Basic understanding of business processes & goals
• Basic technical documentation skills (API docs, module notes)
• Strong analytical & problem-solving mindset

Good communication & team collaboration

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
• Build and maintain scalable web applications using the MERN stack
• Develop and integrate RESTful and GraphQL APIs with third-party services
• Write clean, maintainable code following best practices
• Collaborate with teams to translate business needs into technical solutions
• Participate in code reviews and improve development processes
• Maintain technical documentation for modules and features
• Debug, troubleshoot, and optimize application performance

QUALIFICATIONS Bachelor's in Computer Science or related field (or equivalent)
• 2-3 years of experience in full stack development.

GOOD TO HAVE Experience with AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud
• Familiarity with Docker, CI/CD pipelines, or DevOps practices
• Knowledge of TypeScript or Next.js
• Agile / Scrum methodology experience
