Hold a valid UK Driver’s License and have access to your own vehicle
Be female, due to the personal care needs of our clients
Must be available for shifts between 7am – 10pm
Must be available on weekends
Be empathetic, dependable, and a great communicator
No experience? No problem! we offer full induction training and support to help you succeed.
Area: Yardley, Sheldon, Acocks Green and surrounding areas
About the Role:
At Epic Care Serviceswe’re looking for caring, reliable, and enthusiastic individuals to join our team as Domiciliary Care Assistants. In this rewarding role, you’ll support people in their own homes with:
Personal care
Companionship
Medication support
Daily living tasks
Encouraging mobility and independence
Whether you're experienced or new to care, we provide full training and ongoing support to help you thrive. You’ll work closely with clients to promote independence, dignity, and well-being, making a real difference every day.
Full-time
In Return, You’ll Receive:
Paid Mileage – 25p per mile (from first to last call)
24/7 On-Call Support
Career Development – NVQ Level 2-3+
Free Mental Health Support with qualified counsellors
