Full-Time Telecaller (Excellent Communication)

Job Summary
We are looking for a confident, articulate, and persuasive full-time Telecaller to join our team. You will be the voice of our company, responsible for building relationships, generating leads, and ensuring excellent customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:
Outbound Calling: Conduct outbound calls to potential and existing customers to promote our services.
Communication: Clearly articulate our value proposition, handle objections with patience, and build quick rapport.
CRM Management: Maintain accurate, real-time records of all interactions.
Target Achievement: Meet or exceed daily and weekly call and sales targets.
Follow-ups: Efficiently manage follow-up calls to nurture leads and convert them into sales.

Requirements:
Communication: Exceptional verbal communication skills in English and Telugu.
Experience: Proven experience in a telecalling or customer-facing role is preferred.
Skills: Strong active listening, problem-solving, and time management abilities.
Technical: Basic proficiency in Microsoft Excel and CRM software.

Attitude: Resilient, positive, and capable of handling rejection professionally.
