Best & less has an opportunity for a Full Time Team Member to join the passionate and supportive team based at our Randwick Store.
As an integral member of the Randwick 'Bestie' team, you will be supported by a team who are genuinely interested in your success, have a 'down to earth' approach, are passionate about our product and genuinely enjoy working together!
As a team member your role will include
Creating a passionate and unique shopping experience for our customers,
Together with your team create the 'Bestie' culture in store. Bringing it to life through an environment of fun and team work.
Drive for results, exceeding sales and profit for the store,
Ensuring the sales floor is fully merchandised and replenished.
Creative VM presentation of the store from door to floor.
Monday - Friday role with occasional weekends
As a Bestie Team member, you are recognised as someone who has:
1-2 years’ experience in retail,
Really passionate about customer experience
Positive attitude - we can teach the rest!
Eager to learn
Willing to work shifts, weekends and public holidays.
Desire to develop your career in retail
