Job Description
Job Summary We are seeking a skilled and motivated Technical Content Strategist to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for developing, managing, and executing a content strategy that communicates complex technical concepts to diverse audiences. You will work closely with our development, product, and marketing teams to create high-quality content that aligns with our brand voice and goals.

Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (e.g., English Honors, Literature, Computer Science, Engineering) or equivalent experience is preferable.
Prior experience in technical content creation, content strategy, or technical writing: ideally 2+ years.
Familiarity with Agile methodologies and working in a Scrum environment.
Experience with writing about Salesforce technologies, platforms, or implementations is a plus.
Develop a content strategy and roadmap for technical documentation, whitepapers, case studies, blogs, API docs, knowledge base, etc.
Collaborate with engineers, product managers, and marketing teams to gather input and ensure technical accuracy.
Write, edit, and maintain content: technical articles, tutorials, developer guides, architecture overviews, release notes, system documentation.
Audit existing technical content; Ensure all content is optimized for SEO, discoverability, readability, and user experience.
Strong understanding of LLMs and Machine Learning, with the ability to optimize content for visibility across AI-driven platforms such as ChatGPT, Gemini, and other emerging AI search engines.
Use metrics and analytics to measure content performance (traffic, engagement, feedback)
Coordinate content review cycles, manage version control, and enforce content standards.
Stay up to date with industry trends, relevant tools, and best practices in technical writing, content strategy, and developer experience.
Conduct regular content audits to identify gaps and opportunities, and analyze content performance using data to drive recommendations for improvement.
Ability to understand complex technical topics (cloud, architectures, APIs, software development life cycles) and convey them to both technical and nontechnical audiences.
Strong content planning and structuring skills.
Experience with tools such as Content Management Systems (WordPress, static site generators, etc.), version control (Git), markup languages (Markdown, etc.), Basic understanding of SEO practices for technical content.
Analytical mindset: ability to use data (traffic, feedback, content gaps) to guide content decisions.

Ability to work collaboratively with crossfunctional teams and take ownership of content initiatives.
