We are looking for a dedicated and detail-oriented Room Attendant to join our Housekeeping team. You will play a key role in ensuring our guest bedrooms, bathrooms, public areas, and hotel facilities are maintained to the highest standards of cleanliness and presentation.
Key Responsibilities:
Clean and service guest rooms, bathrooms, and public areas to exceptional standards.
Replenish amenities and ensure rooms are fully prepared for arriving guests.
Report maintenance issues, damages, and health & safety concerns promptly.
Maintain cleaning equipment and ensure work areas remain safe and tidy.
Respect guest privacy and provide friendly, professional assistance when needed.
Follow all health, safety, hygiene, and fire procedures.
Support the wider Housekeeping team to ensure the smooth operation of the department.
What We're Looking For:
High attention to detail and pride in delivering excellent standards.
Positive, reliable, and hardworking attitude.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Strong commitment to guest service and professionalism.
Previous housekeeping experience is desirable but not essential, as full training will be provided.
