Responsibilities:
Greet patients warmly and create a positive first impression
Schedule and manage patient appointments
Answer phones, handle inquiries, and assist with patient concerns
Verify patient information and maintain accurate records
Coordinate with optometrists and staff to ensure smooth daily operations
Handle payments and basic administrative tasks
Resolve scheduling or patient issues with professionalism and problem-solving skills
Social media experience is a plus
Qualifications:
Minimum of 2 years of receptionist or customer service experience (medical or optometry experience preferred)
Strong customer service and communication skills
Demonstrated problem-solving abilities
A positive, enthusiastic attitude and strong work ethic
Honest, dependable, friendly, and outgoing personality
