Job Description (JD) – Personal Driver Position: Personal Driver
Location: Andheri E
Reporting To: Employer / Family Head / director
Job Summary:
We are seeking a reliable, professional, and experienced Personal Driver to provide safe, timely, and efficient transportation services. The ideal candidate should possess excellent driving skills, knowledge of local routes, vehicle maintenance awareness, and a high level of discretion and professionalism.
## Key Responsibilities:
• Safely transport employer/family members to offices, meetings, events, airports, and other destinations.
• Maintain punctuality and ensure timely pickups/drop-offs.
• Keep the vehicle clean, well-maintained, and fueled at all times.
• Conduct regular vehicle inspections and coordinate servicing/repairs when required.
• Follow traffic laws, road safety regulations, and company/employer protocols.
• Plan efficient routes to avoid traffic delays.
• Assist with loading/unloading luggage, packages, or personal belongings when necessary.
• Maintain confidentiality regarding employer’s personal and professional matters.
• Keep records of vehicle maintenance, fuel consumption, and travel logs.
• Be available for flexible working hours, including weekends or holidays if required.
## Required Skills & Qualifications:
• Valid driving license with a clean driving record.
• Minimum [X] years of experience as a personal/chauffeur driver.
• Good knowledge of city routes, traffic regulations, and navigation systems.
• Ability to remain calm under pressure and adapt to schedule changes.
• Professional appearance and courteous behavior.
• Basic vehicle troubleshooting knowledge.
• Trustworthy, punctual, and disciplined.
• Ability to communicate effectively in [preferred language(s)].
## Preferred Qualifications:
• Experience driving luxury or executive vehicles.
• Familiarity with GPS and route planning applications.
• Defensive driving certification is an advantage.
## Working Hours:
• Full-time / Flexible shifts as per employer’s schedule.
## Salary:
• 18000 to 22000 + Overtime
## Benefits:
• Overtime allowance
