Kids Castle Child Care is a warm and welcoming childcare center committed to providing a nurturing and stimulating environment for young children. Our mission is to inspire a love for learning, creativity, and social development in a safe and supportive setting.
We are currently seeking passionate and dedicated Early Childhood Educators to join our team starting May 20, 2026 from 8:30am-5:30pm.
Position: Full-Time Early Childhood Educator in Preschool Class 3-4 years old
Location: 10 Copperpond Passage SE Calgary
Wage : $18- $21 + Top-Up
Responsibilities:
Plan and implement developmentally appropriate activities following the Emergent Curriculum.
Create a safe, caring, and inclusive environment where children can thrive.
Supervise and engage with children during playtime, meals, and rest periods.
Communicate effectively with parents and guardians regarding their child’s progress.
Maintain a clean, organized, and inviting classroom environment.
Ensure compliance with childcare licensing regulations and center policies.
Foster children’s emotional and social development through positive guidance and interactions.
Qualifications:
Valid Early Childhood Educator (ECE) Level 1, 2, or 3 certification.
Previous experience working with children in a childcare or educational setting.
Strong communication, collaboration, and problem-solving skills.
Current First Aid & CPR certification (or willingness to obtain).
Valid Police Information Check with Vulnerable Sector Screening.
