Full-Time Home Health LVN $35.00 per 1 hour visit
** Travel Time and Mileage Paid **
PRN and Part-Time opportunities are also available.
**5K Retention after a year with the company**
Seeking LVNs to service Home Health clients in San Antonio and surrounding Areas.
We are a home health agency with a deep commitment to quality, we are offering positions for Nurses seeking more flexibility, and autonomy, are driven by a growth mindset, and who put patient care first.
A tablet will be provided for all Full-Time LVNs
Paid Travel Time and Mileage reimbursement available
