Maintain cleanliness and sanitation of tools, equipment, and workstations in compliance with health regulations.
Engage in retail sales by recommending hair care products and styling tools to clients.
Upsell additional services or products to enhance client satisfaction and salon revenue.
Foster a welcoming atmosphere by delivering excellent customer service and building strong client relationships.
Stay updated on the latest trends, techniques, and products in the hair industry through ongoing education.
Skills
Strong customer service skills with the ability to connect with clients and understand their needs.
Expertise in hair styling techniques including cutting, coloring, and styling.
Knowledge of sanitation standards to ensure a safe and hygienic environment for clients and staff.
Effective communication skills to clearly explain services, product recommendations, and maintenance tips.
Ability to upsell retail products naturally during client interactions.
Experience with retail sales processes and front desk operations is preferred.
