Full-Time Automotive Parts Counter Sales & Store Associate
Location: Milk River, AB
Job Type: Full-time
Schedule: Monday to Friday (Occasional weekends as needed)
Pay: Competitive, based on experience

We are looking for a reliable, customer-focused Full-Time Parts Counter Sales & Store Associate to join our store team.
What You’ll Do
Customer Service: Assist retail customers, mechanics, and commercial clients at the counter and over the phone with enthusiasm and accuracy.
Parts Lookup & Ordering: Use NAPA’s electronic catalog system to identify correct automotive, heavy-duty, and industrial parts.
Inventory & Stocking: Unload inventory shipments, stock shelves, organize store displays, and keep track of stock levels.
Order Processing: Prepare orders for delivery or customer pickup and process sales transactions via POS system.
Store Maintenance: Maintain a clean, organized, and safe showroom and counter area.
What We’re Looking For
Automotive Knowledge: Prior experience in automotive parts, retail parts counter sales, mechanics, or agricultural equipment is strongly preferred.
Customer-First Attitude: Strong communication skills and a friendly, helpful approach.
Tech-Savvy: Comfortable navigating catalog systems, inventory software, and point-of-sale systems.
Detail-Oriented: Accurate with part numbers, fitment applications, and processing invoices.
Physical Capability: Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 50 lbs regularly.
Reliability: Valid driver’s license and dependable transportation.
