This role is for a senior, responsible developer, not a fresher.

You will:
• Own the mobile app end-to-end
• * Launch & manage apps on BOTH Google Play Store and Apple App Store
• * Handle rejections, compliance, and policy issues
• * Work directly with the Founder (non-technical)
• If you’ve never published an app on Play Store or App Store — this role is not suitable.
🛠️ Key Responsibilities📱 Mobile App
• Develop & maintain React Native mobile app
• * Ensure Android & iOS compatibility
• * Manage builds, versions, and releases
• 🏪 App Store Launch & Compliance
• Handle Google Play Console submission & rejection fixes
• * Handle Apple App Store (App Store Connect) submission & review
• * Manage:
• * App privacy labels
• * Permission declarations
• * Sensitive data justification
• * Healthcare compliance requirements
• 🔐 Security & Healthcare Compliance
• Implement secure OTP login (SMS + Email)
• * Handle sensitive healthcare data responsibly
• * Ensure role-based access (Doctor / Pharmacy / Lab / Patient)
• * Data security, API protection, encryption basics
• 🧑💻 Backend & Infra
• Build & maintain backend APIs
• * Authentication (JWT / OAuth)
• * Cloud deployment & environment management
• 🤝 Team & Founder Coordination
• Guide junior developers
• * Review code quality
• * Communicate clearly with Founder
• * Suggest product & architecture improvements
• 🧩 Technical Skills Required (Non-Negotiable)Mobile

• * Sensitive permission justification
• * Data safety forms & privacy labels
• * Secure data storage practices
• Experience in Healthcare / FinTech / Sensitive-data apps is a strong advantage.

We are an early-stage startup and offer:
• ₹35,000 – ₹60,000 / month (Varanasi / nearby)
