Job Description
Job Title: Full Stack Web Development on Contract to hire basis.
We are seeking a skilled Full Stack Web Developer to join our team on a contract-to-hire basis. The successful candidate will be responsible for developing and maintaining web applications, ensuring their functionality and performance. This is a remote position, and the developer will work closely with our team to deliver high-quality web solutions.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and maintain web applications using modern web technologies, including front-end and back-end development.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including designers, product managers, and other developers, to implement website features and enhancements.
- Write clean, efficient, and maintainable code following best practices and coding standards.
- Debug and troubleshoot issues with existing web applications, and implement appropriate fixes.
- Optimize website performance and ensure seamless user experience across different devices and browsers.
- Conduct thorough testing and quality assurance to ensure web applications are error-free and meet project requirements.
- Stay up-to-date with emerging web development trends and technologies, and continuously improve technical skills.
Requirements:
- Proven experience as a Full Stack Web Developer, with a strong portfolio of web applications developed.
- Proficient in front-end technologies such as HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and related frameworks/libraries (e.g., React, Angular, Vue).
- Strong back-end development skills with experience in server-side scripting languages (e.g., Node.js, Python, Ruby, PHP).
- Experience with databases, including SQL and NoSQL databases (e.g., MySQL, MongoDB).
- Familiarity with version control systems (e.g., Git) and agile development methodologies.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a remote team environment.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field (or equivalent work experience).
Compensation:
- The Full Stack Web Developer will be paid an amount of $1000 per project, with the possibility of transitioning to a full-time position with competitive compensation and benefits after the contract period.
