What you’ll do
Job Description
We are looking for a Technical Support to support the Application Team in managing day-to-day technical communications and initial issue analysis. In this role, you will help reduce operational communication overhead by handling technical email queries, performing first-level issue triaging, and coordinating with development teams.
The candidate will work closely with developers and stakeholders to analyze incoming issues, gather required information, and support faster resolution. Fresh graduates who are eager to learn about web applications, APIs, and technical workflows are also encouraged to apply. The selected candidate will be trained on our systems, processes, and application workflows.
Roles and Responsibilities
Develop and maintain frontend components using React.js.
Work with backend services using Node.js and PHP.
Integrate APIs and ensure smooth communication between frontend and backend systems.
Support debugging and fixing issues in existing application modules.
Assist in improving user interface performance and responsiveness.
Collaborate with the team to implement new features and enhancements.
Participate in code reviews and follow development best practices.
Skills and Experience
Good knowledge of JavaScript and modern frontend development.
Experience or familiarity with React.js, Node.js, and Express.js.
Understanding of REST APIs and API integration.
Knowledge of HTML5, CSS3, and responsive web design.
Basic understanding of PHP based systems is an advantage.
Familiarity with Git or other version control systems.
Strong problem-solving ability and willingness to learn new technologies.
Ability to work collaboratively within development teams.
Freshers or candidates with 0-1 years of experience are welcome.
