Job Description
Experience - 7-12 years minimum
Location - Pune (WFO)
Mandatory Skills - Angular (Any version) and PHP
Roles & Responsibilities:
• Performing analyses on efficiency and integration.
• Reporting to management on development, implementation, and progress.
• Collaborating with development teams and departments, as well as incorporating user feedback.
• Managing support teams and evaluating performance metrics.
• Overseeing user-testing and adjustments.
• Ensuring that products and services are delivered on time and within budget.
• Hiring and training new IT staff.
• Estimate requests for software implementation, make appropriate management decisions about the deadlines and the necessary resources.
• Conduct the development of the program code, its quality evaluation, formalization and algorithms of the given tasks in accordance with the technical specification or other regulations used in the company.
• Develop solutions and algorithms according to technical specifications or other requirements documentation; use standard algorithms in the applicable cases.
• Consult customers on transitioning legacy mainframe systems to modern cloud platforms.
• Be responsible for the results of work in a sprint
