Position Overview
We are hiring Full Sales Cycle Door-to-Door Sales Representatives who want full ownership of their pipeline and income.
This is a 100% commission-based opportunity designed for self-motivated individuals who thrive in performance-driven environments and want unlimited earning potential based on personal production.
This is not just lead generation—you will:
Prospect
Pitch

Manage customer relationships

What You’ll Do
Knock doors daily in assigned neighborhoods
Identify pest control needs and educate homeowners
Deliver clear, confident service presentations
Close deals on the spot (same-day sales)
Schedule and coordinate service start dates
Build and manage your own customer pipeline
Generate referrals and repeat business
Maintain accurate tracking of sales and accounts
What We’re Looking For
Strong work ethic and self-discipline

Ability to handle rejection and stay consistent

Previous D2D or sales experience preferred (but not required)
